HOPE-20® has been under Healthy Seed’s management since 2014, while execution matters such as the arrangements for instructors and program planning have been taken care of by Hong Kong Christian Service. Professionals including registered social workers, teachers and principals of nursery centres/kindergartens from non-profit organizations could be named the “HOPE-20® Recognized Professional Instructor” upon completion of the 16-hour “HOPE-20® Train the Trainer” and 60-hour “HOPE-20® Mentorship Program”.
Recognized professional instructors are qualified to conduct the “HOPE-20® Parents’ Group”. Parents who cannot join the “HOPE-20® Parent’s Group” conducted by Healthy Seed may consider going for the program delivered by the “HOPE-20® Recognized Professional Instructor” instead.
